Work with me

I’m passionate about teaching women how to support their body, and their baby, at every stage of the parenting journey.

The first 1,000 days of life are a critical window of opportunity. This period forms the building blocks that affect a baby’s long-term health, brain development and ability to grow. Learn more here. From pre-conception to 2 years of age, you are responsible for your child’s long term health through the nutrition you provide.

Using evidence-based approaches and tailored solutions, I can help you confidently nourish your body from preconception to pregnancy, into the postnatal period and beyond to give your child the best start to life.

“There is so much unsolicited advice online it’s hard to know who to trust. I personally believe that an empathetic ear and good honest conversation from a university trained and nationally accredited practitioner is the best way forward for new families or those beginning their pregnancy journey.”

WOMEN’S HEALTH

I work with women from preconception through to pregnancy and postpartum. Whether you need fertility support, tips on preparing for labour or post birth healing advice, let me guide you through the wealth of information available when it comes to mastering our mysterious and complex bodies.

BREASTFEEDING

Breastfeeding offers many benefits to mum and baby, but it doesn’t always come easy. I’ve experienced first hand the struggles mothers can face when it comes to breastfeeding and as a Breastfeeding Counsellor, I am here to offer tips, advice and help so you can make informed decisions on what is best for you and your little one.

BABY & TODDLER NUTRITION

It’s not uncommon for babies to experience a variety of conditions like colic, reflux, allergies, intolerances, growth faltering and more in the early stages of life. Then there is the challenge of introducing solids into the diet and developing good habits in the early years for life-long health. Developmental and sensory issues can also complicate the learning process of feeding. I’m passionate about paediatric nutrition and will guide you through these changes.

Are you needing understanding, and empathy from other mum’s, on your motherhood journey?
Eager to understand why particular foods are beneficial to you and your baby for optimum nutrition and to feel good?
Looking for professional knowledge and support from an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Breastfeeding Counsellor as you enter parenthood?

My online membership will support you on your journey.

My unique ‘Healthy Mum Healthy Bub’ membership is designed for mothers who are in their 3rd trimester of pregnancy and about to enter the often neglected but incredibly important postnatal period. This is a period of great change that happens from the moment your baby is born up until 3 -6 months postnatally. It’s a time when your baby is adjusting to life in the outside world and you’re adjusting to having this precious newborn under your care.

.
During this stage postnatally, you want to decrease the fears and frustrations of looking after a newborn, and to learn how to connect physically and emotionally with your baby so that you can be a confident mum.

.
I support you during the first 6 months postnatally and beyond, to help you overcome challenges from breastfeeding to introducing solids as your baby grows.
