Ready for support that actually goes beyond “jus Ready for support that actually goes beyond “just keep trying”?

Comment BOOTCAMP below and I will send you details on my 3 Day Breastfeeding SOS Bootcamp starting next week! 👇

When someone says “breastfeeding is the most natural thing in the world” after you have been cluster feeding for 6 hours straight with a shallow latch and cracked nipples. 🙃🙃🙃

Natural. Sure. 😅

Because nothing says natural like googling “why does feeding feel like broken glass” at 3am while crying into a breast pad.
Breastfeeding can be beautiful. It can also be really, really hard. And the fact that it is hard does not mean you are doing it wrong. It means you needed more support than “it gets easier” advice and a pamphlet from the hospital.

You deserve actual help. Not just reassurance. 💗

Share this with a breastfeeding mum who is current Share this with a breastfeeding mum who is currently analysing every little thing she did today 😂🤱

When your supply feels lower, suddenly everything looks suspicious…

Was it the three hours of sleep?
Skipping breakfast?
Forgetting to drink water until 2 pm?
The stress about being stressed?
That one coffee? ☕

Or the fact that baby has basically been attached to you all day?

Milk supply can fluctuate for many reasons, and one difficult day does not automatically mean your supply has disappeared.

Before blaming one food, drink or moment, look at the bigger picture, including how often baby is feeding, how effectively milk is being removed, your overall food and fluid intake, illness, medications and hormonal changes.

Share this with a breastfeeding mum who can relate!

📌 SAVE this for the next time pregnancy nutriti 📌 SAVE this for the next time pregnancy nutrition advice starts feeling overwhelming.

There are so many food rules thrown at you during pregnancy that it can start to feel like everything is off limits.

But a lot of the advice you hear is missing context.

You do not need to eat for two. Caffeine is one to be more mindful of, with current recommendations generally advising you to keep intake below 200 mg per day (<2 cups). Seafood can absolutely have a place in pregnancy, and healthy weight gain will not look exactly the same for everyone.

Even cravings are more complicated than “your body must be deficient in something.”

Pregnancy nutrition should help you understand which recommendations really matter, without making you anxious about every choice you make. 💛

Knowing where to be cautious, and where the rules are more nuanced, can make eating during pregnancy feel a whole lot simpler. ✨
